The managing directors of the company:<\/p>

\u2022 Have determined the level of Quality in the produced work at that level, which is related both to the specifications of the applicable Greek – European Legislation, medical ethics and to the specialised requirements of the customers and<\/p>

\u2022 Have documented its quality policy and objectives for the quality.<\/p>

Each Department Manager is responsible for ensuring that the quality policy objectives have been understood, implemented and maintained in his\/her area of responsibility.<\/p>

The company\u2019s strategic goal is the absolute satisfaction of the quality requirements of its customers.<\/p>

More specifically, the company\u2019s regular objectives are:<\/p>

\u2022 To carry out with consistent quality the marketing of consumable medical devices in the fields of interventional radiology, cardiology and cardiac surgery, as well as medical devices (cardiographs, defibrillators and patient monitoring monitors).<\/p>

\u2022 To carry out with consistent quality the technical support for third-party interventional cardiology products.<\/p>

\u2022 To manage it in such a way as to achieve the best quality result with the optimal utilization of resources and human resources.<\/p>

\u2022 The company\u2019s executives to constantly aim for quality improvement in their area of responsibility.<\/p>

In order to achieve these goals:<\/p>

\u2022 selects collaborating businesses using specific criteria (see Supplier Evaluation Forms).<\/p>

\u2022 controls the marketing of medical devices throughout its life cycle.<\/p>

\u2022 analyses all the risks that may occur in the company\u2019s processes and evaluates them.<\/p>

\u2022 analyses the interaction with external factors that may affect the company\u2019s operation.<\/p>

\u2022 continuously trains its staff, in order to renew its knowledge and ensure the employees\u2019 participation and collaboration.<\/p>
