Anti-bribery Policy

The management of FREEMED LTD. recognizes the risks of bribery and provides all the necessary resources for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001:2016.

Within this system, documented procedures are established and implemented to meet the Standard’s requirements, ensuring effective anti-bribery measures across all areas and activities of the company.

The management of FREEMED LTD., across all company operations:
• Prohibits any form of bribery or acceptance of bribery.
• Requires all employees to comply with state or European Union laws related to bribery, as applicable to the company.
• Encourages all employees to identify and suspect any potential bribery and prohibits penalising or treating such employees negatively.
• Is committed to implementing measures and providing the necessary resources to combat bribery.
• Raises awareness and adequately trains its personnel through ongoing updates and training on anti-bribery.
• Has established a dedicated Anti-Bribery Structure, independent from other staff, reporting solely to the CEO, and holding the duty and authority to investigate any potential bribery cases, assess bribery risks and apply relevant anti-bribery measures.
• Imposes penalties in cases of bribery or non-compliance with the anti-bribery management system requirements, and refers violations of related legal requirements to the responsible authorities.
• Is committed to the continual improvement of its anti-bribery management system.

Compliance with this policy is mandatory and binding for all company personnel and partners.

This document is available to all employees, clients, partners, suppliers, as well as any involved Public or Municipal Authority.
