The managing directors of the company:

• Have determined the level of Quality in the produced work at that level, which is related both to the specifications of the applicable Greek – European Legislation, medical ethics and to the specialised requirements of the customers and

Each Department Manager is responsible for ensuring that the quality policy objectives have been understood, implemented and maintained in his/her area of responsibility.

The company’s strategic goal is the absolute satisfaction of the quality requirements of its customers.

More specifically, the company’s regular objectives are:

• To carry out with consistent quality the marketing of consumable medical devices in the fields of interventional radiology, cardiology and cardiac surgery, as well as medical devices (cardiographs, defibrillators and patient monitoring monitors).

• To carry out with consistent quality the technical support for third-party interventional cardiology products.

• To manage it in such a way as to achieve the best quality result with the optimal utilization of resources and human resources.

• The company’s executives to constantly aim for quality improvement in their area of responsibility.

In order to achieve these goals:

• selects collaborating businesses using specific criteria (see Supplier Evaluation Forms).

• controls the marketing of medical devices throughout its life cycle.

• analyses all the risks that may occur in the company’s processes and evaluates them.

• analyses the interaction with external factors that may affect the company’s operation.

• continuously trains its staff, in order to renew its knowledge and ensure the employees’ participation and collaboration.

• attends to the proper functioning of its Quality Management System and its annual review and improvement, ensuring the technical coverage and integrity of all its operations.
